Influencer Agreement & Application

What are Stately LLC's expectations of you?

​

• At least FIVE (5) original pictures of the product and staging from different angles, granting Stately LLC the rights to use these pictures on any and all marketing resources, including our website.

 

• TWO (2) dedicated social media posts for each of the following platforms, for every product you receive.

  • TikTok videos

  • Instagram Reels

  • Instagram Stories

  • Facebook posts

 

• Provide ONE (1) video (30 seconds or more) or TWO (2) short videos (15 seconds each) featuring the gifted product, granting Stately LLC the rights to use the video on all marketing resources, including the website.

 

• Agreement to allow Stately LLC to capture and reuse any posts or stories on social media that include our products for marketing purposes, including the website.

 

• Pictures and videos to be provided within 30 days of product delivery.

 

• Social media posts and stories to be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product, with all subsequent posts or reposts completed within three (3) months of receiving the product.

 

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Influencer will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines while promoting Stately's products/services.

 

Authenticity and Transparency: The Influencer will provide honest and genuine reviews, opinions, and endorsements.

 

Brand Guidelines: The Influencer will follow Stately LLC's brand guidelines and maintain a positive image while representing Stately LLC.

 

Professionalism: The Influencer will uphold a professional and respectful demeanor towards Stately LLC and its audience.

 

Confidentiality: The Influencer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared by the Company during the influencer program and not disclose it to any third parties.

Termination: Either party may terminate this Contract with written notice in the event of a breach or failure to fulfill obligations. Termination shall not release either party from accrued obligations or liabilities. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiations.

 

The Influencer acknowledges that they are not an employee of Stately LLC and is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations.

 

Failure to fulfill the Influencer's obligations as outlined in the agreement may result in the Influencer being charged up to 100% of the full retail price of the gifted product. Failure to remit the charged amount may result in legal action. 

 

Please note that this document serves as contractual language in the even that the Influencer Partnership Program Application is accepted. The submission of the form below does not guarantee the establishment of an influencer partnership with Stately LLC. The decision to enter into a mutually beneficial influencer partnership will be at the sole discretion of Stately LLC.

By submitting the form below, the influencer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Stately LLC Influencer Program Contract.
