Extend the Life of Your Stately Charcuterie Board

Cleaning: Before and after each use of your charcuterie board, it is recommended to hand wash the wood and marble surfaces using warm water and mild detergent. Afterward, dry the board thoroughly with a clean towel. It is crucial to clean the board promptly after use and avoid soaking it in water, as this may lead to warping or cracking.

Maintenance: To preserve the quality of your charcuterie board, it is advisable to periodically apply food-grade mineral oil or beeswax to the wood surface. This will prevent drying and inhibit bacterial growth. For the marble surface, utilize a marble polish or a specialized cleaner to maintain its shine. Please note that the charcuterie board is intended for presentation and serving purposes, and should not be used as a cutting board. As wood and marble surfaces are porous, certain vibrant colored foods may leave pigmentation on the board. In case of spills, it is essential to clean them promptly.
